Students/families with Oxford Public Library cards can access thousands more titles by placing an interlibrary loan request from any branch of the Chester County Library System for pickup at Oxford. Place your request for titles in-person at a branch, over the phone, or by logging into your account on CCLS.org or the CCLS app! Call the Oxford Public Library for more details: 610-932-9625.

Need to apply for a library card? Present the following items in person at one of the CCLS branches:  a completed application, identification proving Chester County residency, and for students under 18, a parent signature.
